Bob the Mover

I will be forever grateful for this company. They answered the phone on a Sunday. Moved us a day after the house was ready. And the next day, my wife gave birth to our son. Thank you so much for everything. Bob was very helpful and reassuring and Scott made the process seamless. Thanks guys.

Many issues with this company. Showed up to move a 1bedroom apartment with 2 vehicles and more movers than agreed upon. Damaged several items. Increased the final price by 50% for moving a 1br apartment 30min drive away after the move was done. When they were made aware of the damages they had caused, their optionsgiven to me were to return to where I moved from with the item for them to repair or do it myself. Highly recommend not using this fly by night operations service.

This is our 9th move over the past 30+ years and Bob the Mover are the best moving company that we have ever used. Bob, Scott and their team were awesome moving our belongings from one apartment building to another. This is our 2nd time hiring Bob the Mover. They were punctual, fast and efficient. They never stopped working and did it with a great attitude. The items they took apart, they put back together in our new place. They took care of our items as if they were their own! Bob appears to be a nice fellow, but I think it is time to retire, unfortunately. I felt some of the questions he asked me didn't feel like moving questions. Some things I didn't even want to answer as combat veteran that was involved in war. We played phone tag for a week. Basically, because he kept either not actually scheduling me for my date or forgetting. Either way, I missed a call from him when my pipes froze the next day I called him and he had erased us from his memory bank" we asked about or move date he said that would not be possible and offered to move us 5 days earlier which would be forcing me and my fiance to be in two different locations while she finishes her work before transfering as she has days off. From initial contact to last box Bob and his team were great. We didn't have the biggest move but we were treated so well. Moving our stuff from a storage unit to an apartment went so quickly and efficiently. The price was very great as well. We would recommend them to anyone needing a mover. Big or small, long distance or short haul I believe you would be very satisfied with the quality of their work.

We had an excellent experience with Bob the Mover and his team. Not only do they pack quickly, they pack WELL so that all of your items are secure for your move.
